Together with car supplier Mahle, Siemens wants to promote the wireless charging of electric vehicles. Accordingly, both partners now have a corresponding letter of intent signed. They say they want to fill gaps in the standardization of inductive charging systems.

Technical cooperation and joint interoperability tests are also planned. The beneficiaries of this collaboration should not only be the two companies, but of course also the consumers. After all, standardized procedures and systems simplify the charging process for the vehicles concerned and also speed up the charging process.
